Heather Wilson is a Pro Fitness Model/Competitor, Fitness Spokes Model, Fitness Trainer, Fitness Writer, Fitness Athlete, and Fitness Champion currently living in Toronto Canada. As a former provincial level champion sprinter for Canada; Heather is more avid fitness enthusiast then ever before.
Heather is a contributing fitness writer for the ever so popular fitness magazine" Jamfit Magazine" for the beautiful island of Jamaica, and for "Your Health Source Magazine" in Canada. Also working as a freelance fitness trainer and conducting seminars and workshops within North America and the Caribbean; Heather knows how to keep herself busy.
Heather has been able to take her knowledge and love for fitness, wellness, and health in order to make a name for her in the fitness industry. Heather has appeared in the pages of "Oxygen magazine, Fitness and Physique magazine, Ms. Fitness magazine, Share Caribbean magazine, Pride Caribbean magazine, Your health source magazine, Canadian black women's magazine, and Muscularity magazine to name a few. She has also appeared in a contracted Nike print ad, CHMA print ad, brochures, flyers, websites and posters that also represent various fitness companies and organizations. Heather has had the pleasure of being a selected fitness model to work at the two largest fitness and bodybuilding expos in the world "The Arnold Classic" and "The Olympia" amongst others, to represent some of the best supplements and fitness companies in the industry.
Heather has competed at both the regional and national level in both the US and Canada and won the title of Ms. Fitness Model Natural Nationals Champion in 2004. Earlier that year Heather won the Southwestern Regional Fitness Model Championships and finished that year placing sixth at the Pro Figure Invitational Championships in the US.
Adding to her list of achievements "Heather Wilson" has received numerous Sprinting awards, appeared in Sport/Fitness Fashion Shows, coordinated and participated in Mc Master Universities Sports weekend Fashions Shows and Sporting events, Judged Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions, and has also been seen and heard in both Radio and Television talking and showcasing what she knows best, a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Heather also presently works as a Case Manager in the employment industry for Deaf, Deafened, and Hard of Hearing clients.
Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Health Studies from one of the top University in Canada- Mc Master University and was award the "Most Valuable Contributor" award by her Varsity Track and Field Team. Heather is currently working on furthering her career in the fitness industry by working on several different projects that she will be able to share with everyone very soon.
