I have been absolutely blessed to have had an amazing start to my 2007 competition season. My first competition was on June 9th in Sudbury The Ontario Natural Championships were I placed 1st in Figure Medium Tall class. I was very happy that I was able to share all of this excitement with my girl Nkechi, who also placed 1st at that show in the Figure Tall division.
Following that show I competed a the CBBF World Qualifier in Toronto were I placed 3rd. That was another successful weekend for me. I was even more thrilled because some of my family and dear friends were able to come out and support me which really put a smile on my face. Then to wrap up the month of June I competed at the Ontario Championships (level 3) on June 23rd in London. There were so many competitors and spectators, It was really a great show. I placed third at that show as well.
I've had such a wonderful month and accomplished so much. I am now officially qualified to compete in the Canadian Nationals for next year and The IFBB North Americans this year.
Also to wrap up the month of June I was able to squeeze in a photo shoot with Joel Roberts. I will be posting some photos from our photo shoot; along with some images from my competitions in June.
I'll be taking a 2 week break in July, but I'll be back at it again with some exciting new news!!
